their music. The benefit of this is that you can develop a stable
cliental if you prove yourself in the studio. But, you need to be a
well versed and knowledgeable in several different genres to have the
best shot at making it.

There are a lot of extra ways you can earn money by playing the guitar.
You can develop and self publish instructional lessons and DVD's, you
can sell downloads of your music online, and you can develop an income
generating website about the guitar. If you are savvy with the computer
and the business side of things, you can really make a good income that
can supplement your other activities.
